Job Opportunity:	Project Safety Supervisor
Work Environment:	Prior federal facilities work and familiarity with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers EM385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements a must.
Type of Safety:	This position requires an OSHA 30-Hour certification, 5yrs. of Construction Industry safety experience or 3yrs. as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or B.S. in Occupational Safety and Health.

Job   Responsibilities:	Responsible for: • Managing, implementing and enforcing the Safety and Health Program in accordance with the accepted Accident Prevention Plan Recommending measures to ensure employee protection of recognized safety and health hazards. • Creating, modifying and implementing the Activity Hazard Analysis Inspecting Heavy Equipment Investigating incidents that occur on project site. • Participating in educational meetings to instruct employees in matters pertaining to occupational health and accidents prevention, including training of new employees, subcontractor employees and visitors. •Preparing reports including observations and recommendations for control and correction of hazards.
