Work consists of construction of the Hebron Park and Ride which is located in southeast Lewisville on Lakeside Circle south of Hebron Parkway. The park and ride is set on a 9 acre tract that abuts the old MKT rail corridor. The work consists of paving, grading, drainage, site lighting, utilities, landscaping and irrigation for a 343 car parking lot, bus drive and bus loading platform. Coordination with the Contractor constructing the rail line and rail platform will be required. Additional coordination with Texas New Mexico Power will be necessary to maintain access to a substation near the southeastern edge of the park and ride.
